New Water Main Going Through Oakland Township:

The new water main that will cross the township is underway. It comes from Macomb County off Buell east of Rochester Road and will continue down Buell rd. through to Adams, down Adams to Gunn to Kerns then to Silverbell to north of Pontiac. This is the water main that would supply city water to southern Oakland Township in the future. For more information click news letter link below.

Parks and Recreation has purchase land on the corner of Buell and Lake George with special millage and state grant funding.
